Somewhere without being aware of it, you’re trusted and you can find people who believe in you.

If you’re sensitive to rejection, you surely won’t like it when you’re suddenly met with a frown, a cold stare, or a finger pointing at you.
Wait… Did I do something I shouldn’t have?
Instantly, you try to explain yourself.
I’m sorry, that is not what I am trying to do....
You thought this would change someone's mind once they declared that you are bad to the world? It doesn’t.
The more you want people to understand you, the more you will try to justify your point, and the more it will sound like you’re making excuses.
Did I really have bad intentions? Why do I experience it as if I’ve committed a terrible crime?
No, they don’t understand you, and no one will ever figure you out.
No one is omniscient. What I mean is, our perspective is strictly limited to ourselves: experience, knowledge, personality, and what we believe is good or bad. That’s our reality bubble.
Therefore, we’ll never have the full context of everything.
What To Do When You Get Misunderstood
I don’t really have an answer, but I have an emoticon:
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
It happens.
If you know deep inside that you meant well, then it all comes down to finding a middle ground.
it's not going to be easy, since we all tend to be stuck in our reality bubbles.

Unfortunately, it’s pretty common to put the blame on someone. Either yourself or the people who misunderstood.
If we’re so afraid of being misunderstood, we’ll be walking on eggshells. We’ll be crafting our speech so carefully, second-guessing all of our actions, and for what?
No one was born with the goal of never disappointing someone
